The Insecticide Dust was not secured properly for shipping, and opened up and spilled over the entire order. I sent two emails to support with photos asking for a replacement (or some sort of follow up) and have heard nothing back.

I got a call to confirm my needle order and the representative was able to help me change the type of syringes I was getting as well! She was great!

Almost always order my equine vaccines from Valley Vet because they are competitive with prices, shipped overnight, arrive on time and well refrigerated. Have not had any problems with them. Quite professional.

I love Valley Vet. I purchased a 10 lb. container of Thyro-L and also some Equioxx. Being able to get the Thyro-L in a larger container is so much more cost effective. The Equioxx was cheaper through Valley Vet than it was my own vet. Valley Vet has really quick shipping. I have never had an issue with any order from them. I've been ordering probably since around 2004.

My mare loves this slow feed hay ball, and took to it right away. She's the barn busy body, so this helps keep her quieter and less annoying to her neighbors. Only had it a couple of weeks, but seems durable and will last her a while.

Received my order quickly. It is too soon to tell if the medication itself works for my doggo, but my experience with Valley Vet has been super!
