I would never order from this company again. I ordered two pair of pants for my grandson and he did not like the style so I tried to cancel the order or do an exchange and can’t contact anyone. Very horrible, don’t order from them. I ordered a pair of pants by accident and immediately requested a refund and they refused to send my money back. Horrible company and customer service

The quality of the clothing is decent, but be very cautious when purchasing sale items. Prices are often reduced even further just days after purchase, and the store does not offer price adjustments, store credit, or refunds for the difference.

Shitty customer service.. 1.I ordered a vest and It was a bit too large and I simply wanted to return it so I could get the same vest in a medium. Refund took a whole month longer than the 15 business days they claim it takes.. 2. They never restock their items so they can keep making money. 3. Today I placed an order and I mistakenly chose the wrong size for one item. So I immediately emailed them after placing the order for a size Correction before they shipped it. What do you know, they shipped it before even looking at the email? That’s an easy fix if you ask me, especially with my promptness. Their designer is really good, but their infrastructure is shitty.

I was VERY hesitant after I read all the negative reviews, but I tried it anyway because I liked the style I saw and they were similar to another pair of jeans I had I loved. Blown away with quality of product. those similar jeans I have were 2.5x the price when I bought them! I just ordered 3 more colors of the same style. On the non 5 star note, one of the items I ordered was immediately "returned and refunded". To their credit though, they updated the website quickly to say out of stock and they refunded the charge super fast. Delivery was surprisingly quick...Like 3 days quick. I think whatever happened during these horrible reviews must be fixed. I even just paid for that monthly "inner circle" and it worked and i got the discount and everything immediately. (pro tip - get the 10% on first order, and buy this on 2nd purchase if you are questioning size/quality). You mostly see the bad on these sites, but since I used it in making a decision, I thought I should share the positivity. Just don't buy out my size, lol.

I recently got scammed out of my money they sent me a used item no tags attached just in a box with reciept. When i emailed they told me it was a shirt that i ordered last year. Totally ripped me off. Faulty business did not send correct product.
