These guys do good business I made a order but it was out of stock they called me from there personally number and got me a similar Design of what I wanted no extra charge VALABASAS for the win!!!!

Do not order anything from this…
Do not order anything from this company. I ordered 3 items but only received 2 of the items. I contacted customer service and they told me they was checking with the warehouse. It’s been over two weeks and they are still saying they have not heard back from their warehouse. They will not offer any resolution as to a refund or even shipping the item. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND. They will take your money and stop communicating with you if you have any issues

This company canceled my order after I begged and begged for them to send me an email for my confirmation for shipping information. Very unorganized, overpriced clothing, 100% waste of time will never order from them again.

Will not be buying from valabasas again
Hello, The sweaters referenced in my return request were full-priced items, not sale or final-sale items. Your response did not address this fact and appeared to be a generic automated reply. Please review RMA #A3ZWMIVP, which clearly shows that the items were purchased at full price. My request was simply for a size exchange, yet this straightforward matter has been unnecessarily complicated. I am requesting that this be reviewed and corrected promptly. I would appreciate a direct and accurate response regarding my exchange. Thank you.
