Great look and light
Great look and light Need directions for assembly
Response from VakkerlightMay 12, 2026
Dear Thank you so much for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear that you love the "great look and light" of your new fixture. Regarding the assembly directions, please accept our apologies if they were not immediately found. At Vakkerlight, we typically use Electronic Installation Guides instead of paper manuals for two primary reasons: Environmental Sustainability: By reducing paper waste, we aim to minimize our carbon footprint and promote eco-friendly practices. Accuracy and Updates: Digital guides allow us to provide high-resolution images and videos, and ensure you always have the most up-to-date instructions. Update on your request: We have just sent a detailed PDF copy of the assembly instructions to your email. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). If you have any further questions during the installation process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help! Best regards, Abby Vakkerlight Team

I really wanted to like Vakkerlight…
I really wanted to like Vakkerlight because the designs on the website look beautiful and high-end, but my experience was disappointing overall. The light fixture eventually arrived, but shipping took much longer than expected and tracking updates were inconsistent. When the product finally showed up, the quality did not match the price at all. From a distance it looks decent, but up close the materials feel cheap and some of the finishing details were uneven. Installation was also frustrating because the instructions were vague and missing important steps. Customer service did respond to emails, but the process felt slow due to the time difference, and getting clear answers was difficult. I don’t think the company is a complete scam since I did receive my order, but for the amount charged, I expected far better quality and a smoother experience. I wouldn’t order again.

Dear Thank you for your candid feedback. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet the high standards we strive to provide. We truly appreciate you acknowledging that our designs are beautiful, but we hear you loud and clear—aesthetic appeal is only one part of a great product experience. We are genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the shipping delays and the lack of clarity in our installation guides. Furthermore, your comments regarding the material quality and finishing details have been shared directly with our Production and Quality Control teams for a full review. It is never our intention for a customer to feel that the value of their purchase does not match the price. We would like to make this right. Could you please provide us with your Order Number? We want to look into your specific case, evaluate the quality issues you mentioned, and offer a resolution that better reflects the premium experience you expected. We are a growing brand, and feedback like yours is essential for our improvement. We hope you will give us a chance to address your concerns directly. Warm regards, abby Vakkerlight Management Team

Smooth and Pleasant Coordination Experience
I had a pleasant and smooth experience with Vakkerlight, specifically with my rep Tammy. Her responses were timely and she was able to accommodate a delayed delivery which was crucial to our project timeline. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Vakkerlight again.

Doesn’t honour their refund policy
UPDATE May 11, 2026: I received a full refund for my incomplete order received a month ago. After my public review of the company, I was contacted by them and reassured that they are committed to customer satisfaction and would resolve my issue asap, which they did. Rating changed to 3/5 (from 1/5). I will note that the part of the item I did receive in my delivery was as promised and of good quality, but is useless to me without the complete set of installation parts. May 5: I received an incomplete delivery in April for which I ordered in February. I provided images and video detailing the incomplete, unadvertised light fixture. It is now May and instead of offering a full refund that they clearly state on their website, they continue to ask me to send pictures and videos so they can resolve this problem (note I have already sent this requested information). Then they offer an insulting 10% refund which they never even fulfill because they continue to offer replacement parts shipment. I am convinced this company is run by AI and will not honour their refund policy

Hi Tracy, this is Miya from the support team. I’ve been following our email thread and I want to say I’m truly sorry for the stress this caused you. I completely agree—the back-and-forth was frustrating, and waiting months for an incomplete item is not okay. I’ve just processed a full refund for you, and you don’t need to worry about returning the parts you received. We’re using your feedback to fix our warehouse checks so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you for being so patient with me while I worked to get this sorted." Warm regards, Miya Customer Service Team.

Customer Service was super friendly and…
Customer Service was super friendly and helpful. We also loved the light but couldn't get it installed due to an electrical error on our end. Would be 5 stars if I could return the lighting fixture but they worked with me to find a solution.
