I like the new programs - very helpful - but, the ear buds are difficult to place and get a similar vibration.

I’ve been using this product since 2024 to help manage the effects of a vagus nerve injury I suffered in 2010. In the years since that injury, I’ve been on many different medications and tried numerous types of therapy, searching for something that would actually make a meaningful difference. Finding this vagus nerve stimulation device has truly changed my life. My pain has been dramatically reduced, and I’ve noticed a very clear pattern: the days when the pain returns or becomes more noticeable are often the days when I’ve missed using the device. After dealing with this for so many years, having something that has made such a noticeable difference in my day-to-day quality of life has been incredibly meaningful to me.

I'm on my third week of use. The vagustim is easy to setup, lightweight and truly portable. The app has a very intuitive interface. I only missed being able to see the parameters of each program inside the app, but it's because I work in healthcare and would like to know for myself. However, it does not compromise the user's experience. I'm treating anxiety, and it has helped a lot. I can feel my emotional regulation progressively improving. From the beginning of the third week on, my sleep improved. And I'm not waking up in the middle of the night anymore. Another feature that I loved os the "focus and memory" to help avoid procrastinating in the first 15 min of study everyday. I've been recommending to my family members and friends, so I also decided to let this brief lines registered to you all.

THE REASON FOR THE 4 STARS IS BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED ME THE FULL REFUND AND ANSWERED ALL MY EMAILS. THE ONLY BAD PART IS THAT I HAD TO PAY $25.00 TO SHIP IT BACK. NO RESTOCKING. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THAT THE EARSETS FALLS APART, IF THIS MACHINE WORKS FOR YOU, AND THE YOU USE THE EAR SET THAT FITS YOU, I RECOMMEND GLUING IT LIGHTLY.

This device definitely helps me in regard to my sleep. (The only thing I use it for) Customer service is excellent with prompt response and quick resolution. The earpieces definitely need to be changed. I had to get a new set after the original set would not hold together. Sometimes getting them to stay in place is also an an issue. The company sent me a soft band to try to help this problem.

Works really well and the different programs you can choose out are truly benefical.

There is a learning curve for this device but the customer service is very helpful. Probably the best customer service since I have been buying online for decades. They guide me through the process and I feel cared about as a customer.

I have had to contact customer support two times and for the most part, my situation was handled well. I first had contacted customer support to ask about the length of time I had to trial the product, and unfortunately, they responded to me outside of the return window. They apologized and allowed me to extend my trial period since the trial period ended prior to their response. The second time I contacted customer support because my ear piece snapped off of the wire (the cord caught on a cabinet and ripped out of my ear) and they responded in an appropriate amount of time and told me they were sending me a new earpiece.
