Vagaro has been an absolute game-changer for my business! Their software is easy to use, and when I do run into issues, their support team is outstanding...and I mean that. They have taken me by the hand, no matter the problem, and ensure everything is resolved smoothly. In fact most times, I have been the problem. I’ve seen some complaints here online and these are little issues that take a second to resolve, so I don't understand their negativity—my experience has been nothing but positive even when I'm a little upset that things have not gone my way. Their dedication to customer service and a solid platform is next to none. I think Vagaro is here to stay for the long haul. In all honesty I'd say: Highly recommended! Melvyn

Terrible service, my site didn't work for months, despite calls and emails and bot chats it couldn't find any local addresses. I'm in the UK and all postcodes when typed in for bookings told my potential customers they were out of area or finding American addresses!!! Poor and extremely slow customer service, I lost clients, I couldn't even book them in myself as it wouldn't recognise addresses. Then when successfully booked in their names appeared on the system as their Next of Kin's. I gained NO clients through this system and it was nothing but stress, all my clients were gained via my own local advertising! A waste of time and money and poor customer service. THEY HAVE A NO REFUNDS POLICY SO IF YOUR ACCOUNT DOENT WORK YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THERE LOTS OF HIDDEN CHARGES ONCE SIGNED UP! NOT SURE HOW THIS IS ALLOWED FROM TRADING STANDERDS - SELLING SOMTHING THAT YOU CAN NOT USE FOR MONTHS!

I am very impressed with Vagaro, its a simple intuitive system that makes it super easy for my clients to book their own appointments, pay deposits and complete medical and consultations forms. It frees me up to focus on everything else. All of the Vagaro support team are incredibly helpful, you can call them at anytime and they are on hand to support. No hidden fees, just a straight forward system which does everything I need, with lots of amazing features. Top marks Vagaro!

Vagaro is easy to use, lots of help building your website. I like all the tools they offer to build your business and scheduling.

I worked with Estera on updating our website design. She was such a pleasure to work with. Estera is hard working, and pays attention to details. She quickly understood the brand identity and style and was able to translate my ideas into the final design. Very happy with the end result :)

I tried a lot of different systems for managing our business, but by far the best has been Vagaro. It literally saved our business. Pretty much on all levels it's a great system that is straightforward to use. One of the best aspects of Vagaro is its support assistants. Not only are they easy to reach, but they are very effective at either helping you to sort out the problem or resolving the problem for you. I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (UK Lead Technical Trainer) for his time and effort in helping us to use Vagaro. His knowledge and experience of Vagaro makes him really effective at resolving issues. Our business is a music school, which is bit different to the usual businesses on Vagaro, so Tom has been really helpful in helping us. Thanks Tom.
