VagaroReviews of vagaro.com

Liam is an excellent representative of Vagaro. Very informative and has great communication skills. Her broke down each section in an understandable way, and helped with any of my questions. I would recommend Liam to anyone who needs assistance getting started with Vagrao. I'm sure his knowledge is much more in-depth, I look forward to dealing with him in the future. Thanks Liam :)

I signed up to use this service from a pop-up I saw. It seemed very interesting, so I decided to give it a shot. As a startup, I was not sure which direction I wanted to take the business. After a couple weeks of sorting things out, I decided not to offer spa services anymore. Through their contact form, I submitted a ticket to cancel the service. A little over a week later, I got billed for the new billing cycle, which I cancelled. When I called them about this, the Rep said he saw an open ticked from me and he would refund me, but he can't. He needs to submit it to management for a refund. A few days later, I got an email from the Management team, refusing to refund me on the grounds that the request was not submitted correctly. I explained that it was confirmed that I had an open ticket about this issue, but they still refuse to refund me. Mind you, I called them right away, when my card was charged. Horrible customer service. Buyer Beware! They will do what it takes to take your money, and then refuse to refund you. For a major company like this, it's shocking, unethical and very dishonest.

i love it so much! i downloaded in July when i opened my salon and i have nothing but good things to say about it!!

I don't know what i will do without -vagaro!!! i use it for my business and i absolutely recommend it to everyone who want to start their own business.

I love that they're available 24/7 via phone. Vagaro reps are routinely knowledgeable, courteous, if not downright cheerful, and capable. If they don't already have the answer, they work to find it. It's been some of the best customer service I've ever had. I'm always happy to send positive feedback directly to them per specific calls for help.

We needed to replace our small salon’s old and somewhat inefficient booking system with a new one and decided to go for a free trial with Vagaro. It offers a complete package, it’s very easy to use and they provide 24/7 support with an actual person. It’s always daunting to change the ways your run a business or how you take bookings. We had great support in Miriam, she has been fantastic, she answered all my questions and provided invaluable advice on how to make make most of Vagaro. It’s been a great experience so far.

Liam has been such a great support in helping me build my platform. It’s my first ever time going on my own as a sole trader and definitely helps my experience and confidence when I have support people that know what they’re doing with these platforms! Not only that but if I’m in a pickle at any point of the day, I email him and he gets back to me so quickly which is an absolute godsend so can’t thank him enough!

love it I been using it for 11 years
