We purchased a beach home as an investment and a future retirement home. There have been some major miscommunications about fees and procedures. Hopefully they will be worked out as it is a good idea to bring in needed income from the rental. The basic concept is a good one.

Our family absolutely loves using Vacation Rental Pros! For a family of five, living six hours away from our favorite vacation spot, Vacation Rental Pros makes our vacation experience so easy. From the booking process all the way to check out time, we have never had any problems using this company. Everything is so self-explanatory through emails and information provided on the website, and whenever we have called with questions, everyone is always so nice and pleasant. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Florida. The Condo we rented through Vacation Rental Pros was just perfect. It was in a gorgeous location in Cinnamon Beach Florida. The views were just breathtaking and the condo was so nice. We basically moved in for two weeks and it really felt like home. We feel lucky to have found it and we will definitely be returning. I would recommend it for sure!

They were friendly and ready to help in whatever way possible. I made several phone calls over the course of a week and I was pleased each time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was bc we were not informed about the need to print off a ticket for admission through the gate at our resort until the day before our arrival (by email). Maybe it was a change at the resort itself. Since we travelled 24 hrs, we had already left home and didn't have a way to print it (and we weren't allowed to show it on our phones). We needed to make a stop en route to do that. VRP offered to have us come print it at their office, but it was quite a bit out of our way. Otherwise, we were pleased in every way. The gal on the phone even steered me away from where I thought I wanted to stay, and suggested a different resort/beach that she thought would work better for our family of 5 teen/20's boys. I was very grateful for her advice bc we loved our resort and beach!!

This is the second time I've rented with Vacation Rental Pros. Everytime the staff has been extremely nice and very helpful. The condo was clean and just as it was described. We will be renting with them again in the fall. They make it very easy and allow you to make payments on your stay. :) I would highly recommend them.

The Apartment is only a couple steps to beach, very clean place, the view is to the parking lot, supermarkets at 5 minutes drive, the beach is so relax, that you don't feel the time there, quiet and very clean. We have a nice long weekend. We can wait to come back again. No complains. Very recommend this place.

They were very easy to work with. Didn't need to go to an office to pick up a key or anything like that. The house was ideal and the whole experience was enjoyable. Can't wait to do it again!!
