Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

I have used Vacation Rental Pros the last 2 years and I will use them again next year.

Booked the unit for 7/23/2016-7/30/2016. Black dog hair everywhere, broken dishwasher, stained mattress in the second bedroom, floors were filthy, grout in showers dirty. All linens in second bedroom had to be washed upon arrival due to dog hair. Called Vacation Rental Pros about broken dishwasher, maintenance showed up the next day, said parts would have to be ordered. We had to hand wash all dishes and utensils. A member of our family contracted scabies on late 7/24 into 7/25 due to filth of the second bedroom and had to seek medical treatment. A call to VRP resulted in an offer of housekeeping. Not good enough. We were advised by medical staff to vacate the unit before the whole family got scabies. Took three calls to get a supervisor. Finally moved to another rental saying we were receiving an upgrade. We went from ocean view to lake view with a same priced unit. No follow up phone call to check welfare of my family member, no offer to reimburse her co-pay for medical treatment , no offer to comp any part of the stay. Emails to Steve Milo of VRP have gone unanswered. Have used VRP for close to 15 years. This was by far the worst customer service I've experienced on any vacation. I will never use Vacation Rental Pros again. I would not recommend this unit or this company to anyone.

We have used vacation pros a couple of times now and they are the first vaction rental we look into when we want to rent in Florida. We rented for a month each time we have rented. The condo we rented was perfect, clean, good location, owner friendly and we were treated very well through vacation pros. We did have a couple of problems in the condo, and they handled them immediately and in a professional manner. We would recommend Vacation Pros for all your rental and vaction needs. We liked how they confirm your payments, and let you know in advance when your next payment is due. We usually pay in full before the deposits are due, and they are very acommodating to any payment plan you need as long as you have it paid in the alotted time frame. They are flexible, friendly and very experienced in their field of expertise, Vacation Rentals! Give them a try for your next rental property, you won't be sorry! The Keyes Family

Our condo in Bonita Springs was perfect and accurately advertised. Thsnks

We enjoyed the Vilano Beach hose very much. We had a lot of fun in the sun. Great fishing and great people.

Recently spent 1 week at this property. We did not experience any problems, the condition of the property was very good, great beach access. No problems with either the property or with Vacation Rental Pros - would recommend.

Really loved the house. Had some questions about the upstairs AC, called on a Saturday and immediately got an answer. Also had several follow up calls from maintenance and housekeeping just to check on us. Will definitely rent again.

We have used Vacation Rental Pro's for 5 years, and have no complaints. We have used other vacation rental co. and have had all kinds of problems. VRP goes out of their way to offer guest the best vacation possible. When little things do come up VRP do their very best to fix any issues in a timely manner. I would recommend using Vacation Rental Pros for your next vacation.
