The technicians are very quick in responding to your technical needs They explain thoroughly what they will do to fix your problem. Once the problem is resolved, they go into detail and explain what exactly they did to handle my issue and offer advice as to how to maintain the PC to keep it running smoothly.

The wonderful technician Jan Torrente…
The wonderful technician Jan Torrente was excellent in finding the many problems in the computer and resolving them. He was very patient with me as I am 82 years old and handicapped. He deserves not 5 but 10 gold stars.
