Superior responsiveness from more RAM and a bigger hard drive
I wasn't ready to replace my desktop, but I was maxxed out of RAM and storage space. LogOnFixIt sent me a bigger RAM chip and hard drive specific to my machine, cloned my old hard drive and then walked me installing the new drive and snapping in the new chip. Now? Holy cows!!! SO much faster!! No spinning blue wheel of death every time I open a tab or a file--it's like a brand new computer!!! Wish I could leave you six stars!

I cannot recommend LogOnFixit high enough
I have been using LogOnFixIt for about 15 years now. Michael has always been available to assist me promptly. I never have to wait long for assistance, guidance, advice, and online computer repairs. He has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, proficient, and honest. I do not worry about giving Michael control of my computer, as I trust him completely. Michael is terrific. He goes above and beyond to solve my technical problems.
He not only helped me solve the immediate problem. He showed me how to change my procedures so that I wouldn't be confronted with the same problem in the future. He even had me do a series of experiments with my cell phone camera to make sure that he was correct in what he was telling me.

It was such great and prompt service
It was such great and prompt service. The clean up was thorough and the rep. was always easy to understand. I have used them several times now and in these days of rampant scammers, it's great knowing I have a trusted place to call. Bonus was being charged the same price as I had some years ago, their fee had not gone up. I'm very happy with all aspects.

24/7 HELP!!!!
I've been using LogOnFixit for about 8 years now. No matter the day or time they are always there to save the day. Ravi and Mike are both wonderful! I pay the yearly rate as I'm a business owner and can't afford to have computer problems. Whenever I do they take care of it asap! So glad I found them!!!!! 😊
