Patiently walking me throuigh the steps needed to understand the potential underlying causes of my problem areas and taking the steps needed to address them

The tech quickly solved all my issues. The only problem was getting help to start with since your office never called me back after I made a 7AM appointment. I had to call after waiting 2.5 hours for a call back again called and waited on the phone for 35 minutes.

everyone was very helpful and polite

The tech support has always been great. However, the initial intake process to create a ticket is typically painful and unpleasant due to the agent always trying to update my subscription or sell me a new product. What if I were to call 5 times in a month for help? Am I going to get a sales presentation each time? Although I do not generally mind a quick sales presentation....the agents are always very persistant...to a fault. Today they told me that my subscription was about to expire and then when I asked them to tell me the expiration date, I found out it is 5 months away (certainly not "about to expire"). Plus the language the agent uses makes it sound like they cannot proceed with creating my ticket unless I take action on updating my subscription. Then when I agreed to consider the "offer" for updating my subscription (so they can email me the offer renewal), they want me to commit to a specific time when I will be updating. All of this is very frustrating when I, the customer, have a computer that is not working properly and I am in great need to be back up and running so I can do my work (on the computer) to earn a living. Having a pushy sales presentation when you are already feeling stressed by not being able to do your work makes for a bad mix. Suggestion: be mindful of how the customer may be feeling or what they are experiencing at the moment.

Your prior tech were not helpful and too busy trying to sell your product. After 45 minutes on the phone of trying to sell product she finally issued a ticket for the service that I actually need done. The last tech fixed my problem with in 15 minutes

Check for pop-ups and system shields to find out why it sometimes turns off.

As noted previously the time that it took to get to a technician was excessive.

All technicians are trained and they are not salesmen (Sometimes you have to ask just resolve problem please). They try hard to fix the technical problem and they are good at it. I am glad I switch from AOL/Microsoft to this team.
