They communicate clearly, maintain a positive attitude, and take the time to ensure everything is resolved properly—even when fixes take a bit longer. The service and customer service is excellent. I've had a number of major issues over the years and they have fixed problem. It doesn't matter everything printers, upgrades memory, removing spy and malware, and systems tune-up's It's rare that you can get the exact help. Very knowledgeable group of people. Thanks

We have been with this company for many years and have always been 'safe'. BUT...it happened and US Tech support walked us through the experience. The information was amazing...the technicians patient...and the service thorough. We learned about the bad things that can happen and will now share what we learned...thanks to UsTech!!!!!

Excellent service

First tech was unable to solve problem quickly so he sent email asking for me to provide time/days I would be available. Roderick, the second tech called in one of the time windows I requested. I showed him problem and after a quick analysis, he solved the problem and even more important, he showed me how to fix it when it happens again.

Once I was able to get the advanced tech, the problem was quickly fixed as I knew it would be. However, it took me the second day with much anger to get the advanced tech to call.
