My computer was locked me out and could not or will not accept my password after re-booting! I could not reset password with the PC locked? The tech support person "Roy" managed to reset the pushrod using my different email address. All was resolved within 6 minutes!!I can now sleep knowing my world is not shutdown!!Thanks so much UStechSupport.

All technicians are trained and they are not salesmen (Sometimes you have to ask just resolve problem please). They try hard to fix the technical problem and they are good at it. I am glad I switch from AOL/Microsoft to this team.
