I have been with ustech for over 10 years and in that time I have had many excellent techs work on my laptop. Today, however, (December 21, 2021) I had without a doubt the FINEST tech I have ever had the pleasure to assist me. His name is Roderrick dela Pena This guy is a keeper - he is EXCELLENT! Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year US Tech

My wifi suddenly disabled while navigating on a website on my Dell laptop. I tried all the logical methods in Settings to enable wifi without any luck. Your agent named "Denmark" figured out that I hit the Fn key when pressing PrtScr which I have to do on my Dell desktop computer to activate PrtScr. Unfortunately, my laptop keyboard does not require pressing Fn to activate PrtScr, and if you do, it turns of wifi. Thank you for nothing Dell. Thank you for everything Denmark.
