Revising this review... I believe I spoke to Candace who was very understanding of my situation and offered to take care of the issue ASAP. Really appreciate the call and prompt response!

I bought a EG4 V1 mini split 24K from this US Solar Company in Jan. 2026. Installed in March, the Plug N Cool 1/2" connector had broken in June. Sent emails to them twice for instructions how and who to claim of warranty, there is no reply back until now August 9, 2026. Update of reviews after a month. First, US Solar Supplier and all businesses only like to reply on Internet For Bad Reviews. We will do what they like. For EG4, I sent and email to them on July 27 with all photos and proofs of purchase and two repair invoices of over $1200 . 5 emails total back and forth to them from Aug. 14 to 20, they ask for the proofs of issue again with a corrupted email format. I tried to read and , again, sent them all the same from previous email. Appeared is my response email also corrupted as their email. Since Aug. 20 until now, Sep. 6, no response from them. May be their business run by regular gasoline so they are very slow. I wrote this reviews not because to want my warranty or more than $ 1200 repair bills back for $2000 unit cost. I believe I won't have any back from any who at all. I just want to recommend all people that we should stay away from all business "Promise " warranties and look at the warranties as their own trash to put on their business accidentally and the conclusions are The United States business now a day is not trusted and honest as last 30 years, now businesses are all lies and running around the fences until consumers exhausted and quit their claims. Later on, we will have to deal with AI by Bad Business worse.

These guys helped me in a pinch - I needed Sol Ark replacement to a job site quickly. After a quick few emails confirming availability they had it to me in under the time promised. I'm taking time to write this because not only did they have a good price on the new 12-K, but they actually picked up the phone and replied to my questions on email. Appreciate the customer service on top of decent prices and on time delivery.

My experience was great. Ordered a Bluetti battery and received it quickly. Customer service was very responsive and made the whole transaction very enjoyable.

The pickup at their affiliate in Fontana was quick and easy. Bobby at US Solar really helped me through the order including getting me pallet dimensions to make sure i could easily pickup the order with my smaller pickup. A professional installer was picking up the same panels at the same time I was and said he uses them in many of his installs so that gave me some confidence that I made the right choice.

No problem from my end. Communication was good, shipping was good. I would buy from them again.

Good price, good communication, and everything arrived as expected—that's all I was hoping for, and US Solar Supplier delivered.
