The staff as wonderful in helping me find a suitable storage space to fit my needs. They were curious and polite

I was told my bill was due on one day and when I went to pay Sheila told me I owed a late fee because I didn't pay on the first. I didn't get the storage until the 8th of the month and I only paid half of the storage because I thought I wasn't going to need it that long. The manager I opened the storage with told to bring the rest by the 19th if I needed more time. When I returned on the the 19th shiela told me I owe a late fee because I didn't pay on the first. I tried to explain and she was real rude and disrespectful I kinda feared she was racist by some of remarks. I will never use this storage again or recommend it to anyone I know. The first manager I dealt with was actually nice and helpful but I do believe that one bad apple spoils the bunch.

Easy set-up! Easy cancelation! I got my deposit back the same day when I no longer needed my storage unit. Great customer service! Amazing prices! The location is pretty cool too, I loved driving there!

This place has incredible customer service! The lady was super helpful about comparing the uhaul to storage space and then suggesting a size that was a perfect fit! She was awesome!

When i needed other storage sized, customer services help me get the correct one without any problem, easy transfer. I will always recommend this company.

I liked this place.. although it is odd to have to drive up to the unit, is was nice to have a spot under cover for rain shelter. Was not there long but recommend this place.
