Having a list of facilities to choose from right there was great. Picked the ones that was closest with the best special. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3 and to make things better, I got a call from the facility 15 minutes later to confirm. What more can you ask for!

Service was great. The gal "Dolly" was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She took us for a ride to show us the storage unit we were interested in initially and then last minute we asked about going to a little larger unit. She said not a problem and asked us to go for a ride with her in the golf cart to see the next size up. It was perfect for our needs and we rented it. It was a painless process and Dolly made it all pleasant.

Michael got me set up with my new storage unit. He was kind, thorough and explained the process in detail. He made me feel welcomed and confirmed I made the best choice possible for renting storage. Facility is conveniently located and is easy to access with long hours each day to gain access

From the moment we walked in to the door we were greeted immediately and professionally by your staff and we could hear the excitement in their voices. Your staff is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. You definitely have a winning team in the Riverview location. The facility is well lit and very clean. It's good to see a company that values their customers but we know companies are as good as its employees.

It was a farce, i walked in with an internet appointment to rent a space (that was around august 15), and the attendant was hanging on the phone talking and never even considered saying ' ill be right with you in a minute'. From her conversation on phone it sounded like a friend she was talking to. After 15 minutes, i just left and rented elsewhere. I won't be back.

Im Peter Chrisler. I rented small unit on Treat St. in SF. Was supposed to pay 1 dollar for the 1st month. They charged me 55.00. There was no mention of the deal . As per usual the come on is not true. I posted about this 3 times. Nada

Hi Peter, Sorry for not having lived up to your expectations. The facility you chose did not have the special mentioned, but there were several other facilities in the area that did have that special except they are a few miles away. We aim for complete customer satisfaction and will be talking to our team to make sure we show specials more prominently to avoid any future confusion. Thank you for your review, it will help us get that much closer to our goal.

Never had a problem there. But they should let you know ahead of time all the information you will need on hand to complete the application. For example your insurance info.
