I am very happy with dish

The Dish needed to be in a very inconvenient spot to get a signal...it will be a problem mowing in the summer---but that is just where we live. This is a rental property and I talked with several television companies before we purchased the service. The salesperson was the only one that listened to my needs and requests and gave me the package that I wanted. There was no pressure to keep buying more expansive packages. Thank you for respecting the needs of your customers...it was the deciding factor in which service I chose.

Was easy install. Thoughtful of my new house exterior. Gave more options for future add on rooms.

The Service man was prompt and very efficient. Very polite and explained how the system works. Assisted me in moving TV and furniture. Installed hanging TV wall bracket at no charge for his labor.

Commercials were right.. dish blows direct tv away.

Only had the dish since Monday and already lost the signal once for a half hr

I'm pleased with the service. Wish I could ply online games.

I am still angry, unhappy and frustrated with dish. My dish records programs at random that interfears with my recordings and T.V. viewing. I'm told to stop the recording but not given any way to stop the recording. I have cried with frustration everyday since I got this. I have called in for help but have not received much respect or help.
