The channels are all repetitive and they are confusing. every time it rains the TV goes out. Most of the channels that are not in HD are sometimes blurry. The on-demand takes for ever to download. And the only reason why I haven't canceled already is because I am locked in a two-year contract. Right now I think I'm willing to pay the cancellation fee

The installation tech was extremly helpful. Dish network is very easy to navigate and it is all around a good experience.

I originally went to a phone company about getting a bundle package for my cable. I wanted U-verse but it was not available in my area. Dish was then referred. I was not sold. I originally only utilized direct tv, and charter and had not heard much about Dish. Once I spoke with the rep and once the tech came to install I was amazed at all of the neat features that Dish has to offer.

Well lets start from the begining...When I was convinced over the phone to get the service I was told I would have three T.V.s hooked up, where one would mirror another T.V., no bigie I thought its just nice to have three tvs hooked up. I was told that the installer would be at my home between the hours of 1- 5 on a Thursday. I was emaild while at work that day saying there were going to be there at 11:30 to have some one in the home present. I had to call my uncle to go because I was at work and not expecting them to come so early, but I was happy thinking wow they are on it!. I then got another email 30 minutews later sayin between 12-2, so I had to call my uncle to let him know there was a slight time change, he wasnt to bothered by it, but then I got another emial saying between 2- 4. I then had to contact my uncle again saying its going to be bit later then they had said; He wasn't to happy. When the installers finally showed up it was 4:30. Not only were they late, but I didn't get the 3rd t.v. I was promised. The installer said I would have to call and set up anoth date for them to come out and do it. Yeah right so I can waste a whole day waiting on them.. no thank you! Another problem came when I was watching a great movie during the stom we had the other night. I had asked the rep on the phone about black outs and how often they happen, he said that doesn't happen any more because of all the updated equipment they now have, so I didn't have to worry about it. Yeah don't believe that because my signal went out right at the peek moment of my movie and it took a half hour to come back on. I've only had dish for 2 and a half weeks now and I am not satisfied what so ever, but i can't do any thing now because i am binded to them for 2 years.
