I only hand one critique, I accidentally purchased an on demand show not realizing that it wasn't a free watch till out was too late. I think it could be a little more obvious. In the future I will be more careful. Other than that, I am very happy with my service and Love the dishanywhere app on my phone!!!

why better than older cable provider. lots more features for less cost

I had Dish for less than a week before deciding to cancel. It did not provide the channels that I ordered, the technician was a day late showing up. When I asked the technician where the 2 channels I specifically requested when ordering the service, he put me on the phone with a woman named Janet. When I told her the 2 channels I specifically requested were not available, she sarcastically offered me the phone number for the FCC. Ordering Dish was not the biggest mistake of my life but it ranks up there in the Top Ten. I gave it one star because the people are nice - incompetent but nice. Now they want to charge me an early termination fee, even though I had the service for less than a week. I would NEVER recommend Dish to anyone.

I left Dish to go to a less pain service at the end I ended up paying more. My experience with dish is that they have great coustomer secvice, and I feel I get my money's worth!!! Even the men who come to install the cable are professional and curtious unlike other companies..

Was on Dish many years ago but switched to TWC . Pricing increase caused me to switch to Dish and now I couldn't be more Happier. Love the Dish and what they offer.
