I called in to complain about paying nearly $100 bucks a month for just tv and losing all time warner channels for nearly a month, fox news, fox business and so on for 2 weeks and growing. They told me it's Time Warner's fault and Fox is acting like dictators so I shouldn't want to watch them anyways. Long story short, they made it sound like I should be happy to continue to pay the same price even though they're losing channels I like to watch everyday. I'm now switching. Buyer Beware: If you don't mind the false advertising and misleading claims, go with Dish Network. But expect the channels you're paying for to go down for weeks or months at a time and yet still be expected to pay every cent to them as if you've gotten all the channels they advertised to you. I'd look elsewhere. Their overall service I'd give a D grade. Anytime it rains you lose the signal.

this company has a very bad customer service. the just to get as much money as they can from you.. dissatisfied big time

I agreed to switch my service on 6/15/14. Finally got my internet on 7/9/14. It has been NOTHING but problems ever since. Had I known, I probably would NOT have switched. Dish Customer Service = NO customer service.

I was told that everyone hardly ever loses signal. That obviously was a lie. We lose signal with the slightest bit of wind or rain. I highly regret ever leaving cable and will probably switch to something else when my two years are up.

Found the whole ordering, installation and use of our Dish just great. So many channels at a better price than we were paying. Picture is clear and crisp. I am now thinking of getting their internet and phone package.

I've never had a DVR that ran so hot. This unit is very load as well. This is causing too many problems and I wish I hadn't gone this direction or that Dish supplied a device that ran cooler. I prefer the TIVO interface quite a bit more than Dish. It's much more difficult to navigate between screens and to create a "timer" program (season pass in TIVO). Let's just hope over all the experience is better than Comcast. Two years goes by quickly so...

I've had just about every other TV provider, and Dish is by far my favorite. Best prices and selection of pages. The installers and customer support are friendly and knowledgeable.

Hello, Just to let you know that our Dish system is up and running beautifully after moving 400 miles south to Tulsa, Oklahoma. We were not charged for the move. The installer ran into some technical difficulties while getting us hooked up but he worked faithfully and was here almost 4 hours making sure it was connected correctly and making sure we got the programming we desired.
