So far it is great. I like the fact that I can watch something recorded only DVR anywhere in my house. Also, there is a crazy amount of channels. The price is way better than my cable co offered. In July my rate was going up exponentially.

The service has been good after a couple of weeks. However, the salesman mislead me about which movies channels were included in my package. When I called to question my package, I got nowhere with the women on the phone.

Sometimes the Customer Service Rep is hard to understand on what needs to be done. A local Tech coming on site would be very helpful instead of trying to figure things out on your own such as installing a replacement receiver.

The installations was great. Had to but Joey in bedroom because bedrooms TV was monitor wi HDMI. I want to but a JOey in livingroom and exchange the jumper. Phoned and person didn't or could not help.

I've had dish network for over twenty at one address or another. I'll never leave for another provider. Even if I got it for half price. Keep up the good work.
