Being a complete newcomer to this process but needing a place to house my videos I was so pleased that customer service was easily accessible via chat. Daniel was such a tremendous help I can’t speak his praises loudly enough. Not only was he always available but so incredibly patient with my millions of questions (most of which I’m sure were ridiculous) and even reached out to me to be sure I had accomplished what I wanted to get done even while being really overwhelmed.

They are constantly trying to figure out the best tools to help us sell our content. So far they have gone above and beyond to help us be successful. We love UScreen! We came over from another OTT platform and have been most impressed with UScreen's capacity to listen to our concerns and suggestions and get to work implementing them. We have a video on demand yoga streaming service and we've been pleased with how easy it is to get everything up on our site. We always get help with our questions and love how we can customize our site to make it truly feel like us. The customer support has been very helpful and the price for what you get is very reasonable.
