All the important things in an easy to use streaming platform
We've been using Uscreen since 2018 but had looked into them prior to that while we created our own streaming platform on our website. We decided to start using them about a year later because their platform provided such a better experience for our customers. And they have continued to build on that, making it better all the time. Recently, we had discussed creating our own platform again so we could end up with something that fits every need of our company and integrating into one main website (We sell physical goods too). We concluded that what Uscreen offers in the way of continuous improvements, a very responsive CS team when you need help, built-in marketing tools, multiple mobile and TV apps, fixing issues that might happen with your site before you are aware something was wrong, etc., was worth continuing to use them. Uscreen will never fit all of our unique wants, but they hit all of the important ones and make things very simple to run. They also listen to their community and add new features based off our common requests. I have and continue to recommend them when someone is looking to have a streaming website.
