Absolute crap with customer service
Absolute crap with customer service. My site is down right now and I can't get a human. "customer service" emails take 3-7 days to respond and don't fix anything. 3 weeks and no one can ever fix an issue. Leaving them as fast as we can. Update: I added one more star because on one of my computers my website is finally working

The Best Video Monetization Platform
Thanks for creating such an awesome service! Uscreen has helped me create a sustainable business around my videos. They took all the hard work out of generating income from my content. As a musician, I don't have the resources nor the skills required to build a subscription video service. Uscreen is super easy to set up and I built a beautiful VOD site using their awesome themes. I love their geo-blocking feature, their CDN is solid. Their live events feature has allowed me to broadcast and monetize my live shows. Uscreen is the best video monetization platform out there! They have the nicest customer success team. They are always working on new features as well as improving the apps.

Best decision we ever made!
We were using a different platform for a while for our video subscription service, and were really stressed about a lot of things, to the point we almost quit! My husband (and business partner) then found Uscreen online so we decided to just give them a ping and see if they can help us out. From the first point of contact, we were blown away by how knowledgeable their entire team was! They helped us migrate from the old platform, helped us figure out some details about the payment processing and we just recently relaunched our mobile apps. Our users are super-happy, and we even landed our first ever five start review on the apps store!!! All thanks to Uscreen. We love you people.

Fraud - Beware
Automatically subscribed my Paypal account and stole money from it. Requested a refund through Paypal and it was declined. I don't have an account with them nor have I ever heard of them.

Hi Redlad, Our website www.uscreen.tv at this time (2019) doesn’t support PayPal purchases – we only accept credit cards, which is apparent when you visit our registration page. This is a misunderstanding, but we have an idea what happened. Are you still seeing the charges on your PayPal? (Apologies for the late reply, we weren’t notified about this review, so hopefully this was handled already.) We are a video monetization company that supports 5000+ online streaming businesses like entertainment channels, fitness streaming channels, eLearning, etc. What we can just assume happened is that you subscribed to one of our client’s website using your PayPal. Please check your statement: the video streaming service name should be on there, as well as in the confirmation email, besides Uscreen. You’re technically not paying anything to Uscreen, you’re paying to whatever streaming service you signed up for, and we’re just handling the payment process on behalf of them. If you still can’t find it and you saw any additional charges – please contact our support and they’ll help you get to the bottom of this.
