Have very much enjoyed my experience with Uscreen so far. Love the user-friendliness of the platform and the built in funnels are absolutely fab - one less job for me! The OTT platform is great and I love the filters that I can separate my classes into. One thing I would like to see improved is the speed of replies with customer support/service, but so far not enough to remove a star. Recommend highly.

Uscreen has been a dream for me to work with. There is so much support for navigating my launch - anytime I have a question, someone is responding to my email or available to chat. The backend is easy to navigate and I am not a technical person. Emily has been especially helpful. Thank you!!

Smooth and efficient. Easy to use and navigate.

Uscreen has saved our business ( SecretActor.com ). Our revenue has more than doubled since we migrated 18 months ago from Vimeo OTT (of note: Vimeo OTT is awful - please don't go with them...). I've found Uscreen to be a robust, customer (and end user) friendly platform with a sooo many features that completely support an online coaching site like ours. They have an incredibly responsive development team, wonderful support for all issues, and I've had super open conversations with them about improvements and desired features which they then actually implement at lightning speed. And yes, they actually get on zooms with you to talk things through re feature suggestions sometimes. My only hope for improvement would be a bit more gamification of the learning experience, which they are actively working on. Of note: The migration process was surprisingly easy and detailed - they even took users with lifetime discounts on the old platform into account and matched their rates one by one. Took around 5 days of work for me as a solo-preneur to set Uscreen up to migrate 3000+ videos.

When I decided it was time for me to expand my business to include an app, I looked at a bunch of different companies, but from start to finish Uscreen impressed me with their customer service, their quick responses and wealth of knowledge. Once I signed on, I continued to be impressed with everything they do: my amazing onboarding specialist and all the wonderful assistance she gave me, the vast library of marketing, sales and website creation assistance was incredibly helpful, and my CSM and marketing cohort leaders have been a huge boost to my success. Well it's okay so far it's really easy

We are a media company that made the decision years ago to leave behind traditional radio and television broadcasting and move fully into online, on-demand content. In 2020, we launched our own OTT platform because we understood that depending entirely on third-party platforms like YouTube was too risky for the future of our business. Our first OTT experience was successful initially, but over time we encountered serious limitations that prevented us from growing further, especially regarding payment processing and technical stability. At one point, we lost more than 10,000 subscribers in just a few months due to payment processor issues outside of our control. That was the moment we realized we needed a platform that could truly scale with us. After researching the entire market, we decided to move to Uscreen, and honestly, it was one of the best business decisions we have ever made. The migration process was excellent. The Uscreen team guided us through every step, helped adapt the platform to our needs, and ensured that all our content and apps transitioned smoothly. At first, we chose Uscreen mainly because it allowed us to fully control our payment processing through Stripe and PayPal, but we quickly discovered that the platform offered much more than that. The marketing tools, analytics, automations, and subscription management systems are incredibly powerful. The entire user experience is clearly designed to maximize conversions and retention. One of the biggest surprises for us was the integrated community feature. It feels like a mix between X (Twitter) and Discord, allowing users to interact directly inside the platform ecosystem. Our community became much more active after the migration, and user loyalty increased significantly. From a technical perspective, the apps are far ahead of what we experienced before. They are fast, stable, lightweight, and extremely reliable. After years of dealing with bugs and technical headaches elsewhere, working with a platform that simply works has been a huge relief. We still believe YouTube is important for discoverability, but thanks to Uscreen, we finally feel that we truly own our business, our audience, and our future. If you are a serious content creator or media company looking to build a sustainable subscription business, we highly recommend Uscreen.

A horrible platform that barely functions. I've lost nearly half my subscribers after moving here from another well-known OTT service because I thought the grass was greener. Now I'm locked in a stupid year-long contract while they do nothing but make excuses and are often actively rude to me. STAY AWAY!! Plus this page is manipulated because they get negative reviews removed by claiming they're fake, otherwise the real rating would be in the 2s.
