Can I please switch the leash?
The ordering process was easy and the items arrived as expected. My only issue was the leash. The one sent was way too big for my dog. I sent an email to customer service on August 26. Today is September 7th and I haven’t heard back from them at all. I can’t even use the leash to walk my dog. All I’m asking is for an exchange to a smaller leash.

We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. Please also have your order number or your dog's registration ID so we can find your order and process a replacement request. I received everything that I ordered
I received everything that I ordered. The only problem is the red vest hook to close is faulty. I have repeatedly asked what I should proceed with the return or new vest and have been ignored.

I am very pleased!
I have been very pleased with my experience with USA Service Dogs. I can take my little Couper with me all the time now he wears his support vest very proudly. The therapist was very kind and helpful. I'm very happy with my entire event.

I received the deluxe kit with no…
I received the deluxe kit with no issue,however I didn’t fare as well with the ESA. I was assigned an agent and was sent forms to sign and return electronically and was concerned when I got a 3rd form that had someone else’s name on it and was immediately concerned. I reached out again and to date have not had a reply.
