It was a very easy process
It was a very easy process. The only problem is my service dog vest doesn't quite fit around my dog. Second the vest smelled so strong of chemicals I left it outside for a couple of days. It took at least a week for the smell to go away.

If you ordered an item that does not fit your dog correctly, such as a vest or collar, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process a free exchange. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. You may contact us at 888-656-DOGS (3647) with your order number and the size of thevest you need so we can mail out the replacment.
