Excellent Service Provided
I registered my dog on the "usaservicedogs.org" website and downloaded a photo of my dog; however, it apparently it didn't get accepted. Customer Service contacted me almost immediately asking if I wanted a photo on the ID Card. I sent 2 photos via e-mail and they added the best one of the two to the ID Card. The certificate and ID Card was delivered within a week or so. My 4 year old male Great Dane is a fully trained "Mobility Service Dog" and has been certified for 2 years now. When he has his vest on (ID Card and medallion displayed) he knows he is in work mode. I am still training my 11 month old female Great Dane and will not identify her as a "Service Dog" until I know she is fully qualified. On her vest it has "IN TRAINING" along with her credentials. For several years I have personally trained all of my dogs. It can not be impressed enough that a dog must be completely trained in their specific discipline before they are identified as a "Service Dog". We live in Nevada and they are very strict about allowing animals in most establishments, unless they are a certified "Service Dog". USA Service Dogs provides a great registration service for those of us who have dogs that perform life saving tasks. When checking into a hotel, going into a restaurant, or flying on a plane, I have never been questioned about the validity of USA Service Dog credentials. Their customer service and dog apparel are excellent. My dog's ID Card was chewed up by the puppy and all I had to do was call Customer Service for a replacement. I highly recommend USA Service Dogs for those of us who need to have our companion by our side 24/7.
