I ordered a couple of weeks ago. It's still not here. I called the listed phone number after trying to contact USA through the email and discovered that their email account is not monitored. The phone number does not accept voice calls, only text messages. I have not received a response from them by text or any other means as of today. As of today, I do not know where my order is but I know where my money went.
Response from USA MedicalJun 17, 2026
Hi Renee, I’m really sorry. Waiting weeks without a package, clear tracking, or a real response from us is unacceptable, and your experience is absolutely not what we want for anyone. I’m Jake, and I’d like to personally make this right. Please email me directly at [email protected] or text our support line at 323-352-9131 with your order number/reference, and I’ll make sure you’re refunded if that has not already happened, or I’ll get a replacement/free product sent if you’d rather give us another chance. We respond within 24 hours, and I’ll personally make sure this gets resolved. Jake USA Medical

I want to find a collagen pill that doesn’t mess with my bowels and this one messed with my bowels.
Response from USA MedicalJun 17, 2026
Hi Payton, I’m really sorry. If the collagen didn’t agree with your digestion, that is obviously not the experience we want you to have. Everyone can respond differently to supplements, and if this product bothered your stomach or bowels, please stop using it. I’d like to personally make it right for you. Email me directly at [email protected] or text our support line at 323-352-9131 with your order number/reference, and I’ll make sure you’re refunded if you haven’t been already, or I’ll help with a different option if you’d rather try something else. We respond within 24 hours, and I’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Jake USA Medical

That should not have happened. Please do not continue using anything that does not agree with you. Email me personally at [email protected] or text us at 323-352-9131, and I’ll make sure you’re refunded if you have not been already.
