Excellent customer service from Deborah very responsive, it came smaller than expected but she made sure that all questions and measurements were confirmed before shipment. Good quality coat and good website to buy coats/jackets from

I ordered a jacket for my husband and received it quickly. Unfortunately I did not realize it was a more fitted jacket. I emailed the company and they responded that same day. They helped me in getting the correct size. The jacket itself is really good quality and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I just received the Top Gun Jennifer Connelly Jacket from USA Leather Jackets. The quality is poor, the sleeves are tight, the zipper flimsy and it way too small. The return address on the package is in Karachi Pakistan. I tried calling Customer Service and was disconnected. There is no packing slip to speak of. I'm afraid it is a total write off.

Customer support is very responsive and amazing. Although the jacket was smaller than expected. The quality of the material and jacket was very good.

Although I had a problem with the order, I still love the jacket. Customer support was excellent in solving the problem and fixed the issue expediently and professionally. I will buy from this site again. Great customer support.

Can’t say enough about Deborah and the customer service provided. Very responsive and helpful with my recent jacket order. While the jacket did not fit (order a size up if you are broader on the chest/shoulders, ladies, even in men’s sizes), Deborah worked with me to reach a successful resolution. Truly great customer care!

Shout out to the customer care department! When the groom decided to go with a last minuet suit change after confirming with the groomsman, USAleatherjackets was understanding and more than accommodating!!!
