Their customer service truly is wonderful. I know shipping can take some time, but you really are getting quality when you order one of these jackets. I initially ordered the wrong size and ended up having to do an exchange. They were incredibly responsive with their emails and did a great job explaining the exchange process. Now I have my jacket and absolutely love it.

USA Leather Jackets was amazing to do business with! Even though it takes some time to receive an order, they are very responsive to inquiries and requests.
