Do not purchase from this company. I placed my order on September 7 and did not receive it until October 2. When the jacket arrived, it did not match what was advertised on the company’s website. I contacted the company and requested a full refund and a prepaid return label. Instead, they continue to offer discounts for me to keep the jacket. I do not want a discount on an item I did not agree to purchase...I want to return it for a full refund, including shipping. The delay was frustrating, but the way they have handled the issue has been more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We ordered fun Spider-Man suit for my son’s senior homecoming as the senior boys wear silly suits. First it took over 2 weeks to get the suit. When it arrived and my son went to try it on it did fit him well which I wa excited about. It was $139 for pants and a jacket but felt very cheaply made. Immediately we recognize the zipper doesn’t work properly. It’s not aligned correctly so when you zip it up the zipper just splits back open. Immediately (within an hour or two of delivery) emailed asking if there was anyway to expedite a new pair of pants (event us in 10 days). I was told they could do that for $50 ($30 exchange fee and $20 expedited shipping). What!? I get a defective product and you want me to pay nearly half of what the entire suit cost to get a pair of pants with a workable zipper. No thanks. We’ll figure it out with someone locally. So while their customer service team is responsive that’s the only positive I can say. They are not helpful and will not stand behind their products. Not a company I would recommend at all! Try somewhere else.

AI responses for emails, no real tracking, late shipping and zero actual updates. Buyer beware and look elsewhere.

Cheaply made products and horrible customer service. They say easy 30 day refunds and exchanges but that is very false.

The track suit is baggy when it’s supposed to be slim and the wrong color. Emailed requesting a refund. Was told they’d look into it. And that was that. Never heard back.

An absolutely terrible experience. Ordered Feb 23 and took forever to deliver on March 21. Totally refused to honor their return and refund policy. (Item was very too large a fit), even though I complied with every requirement of the return process. I disputed the charge with Citibank and Citibank accepted their response of "the goods were delivered as promised" and denied me credit even though the dispute was about size and not delivery. It took until today, May 2 for final resolution and I now have a charge for a coat that is way too big for me to wear. Terrible terrible terrible.

Do not buy leather jackets from this company. The leather is very cheap. The return policy is this: drag out the process past 30 days then claim the 30 day return policy is over. They are a bunch of cons.

Complete scam of a company. Do not buy anything from them. I had to push to get a full refund initially offered 25% of price them eventually after several email gave me the full price . Then a week later I get a letter in the mail from customs saying I owe 20.00 since it was shipped from china even tho the company says shipped from US
