When I followed up my order on June 20, 2024, the company immediately responded. They said they didn’t deliver the item I ordered due to poor quality of the product. They promised to refund me for the undelivered item which they did in no time. I got my refund on July 5, 2023. USA Leather is definitely a trustworthy company.
