Everyone involved in the purchasing and install process has been very nice and helpful. The four gentlemen that came out for the install worked hard and were very professional.

Update - the issue has been fixed and solar panels are working as of 5/2/23. Our solar panels were installed Feb. 2023. Everything was ready to go until Ameren failed the wiring on the meter box. An electrician came early April to fix it, but was unable to do it alone. He said he would be back with a helper. We are still waiting for Revolution to reschedule the electrician as of 4/18/23. I have left numerous messages with project manager and also had someone submit a customer care ticket. I received a call from customer care once and was assured of a return call, which has not happened. I hope for a resolution soon!

They provided all the information I needed and answered questions in a professional manner, guided me through every step of the process. Assistance and service from multiple representatives was well coordinated. The process of getting my solar panels installed has been a breeze so far. Thank you

So far in the process it has met our expectations. The install crew was excellent and funny in spite of a really crappy and rainy day. Now just waiting on final approval so we can turn our system on. Electrical inspection is done just waiting on Consumers Energy.

Revolution Solar explained everything fully and were easy to understand. The sales team communicated frequently and promptly throughout the process and answered all our questions. They handled everything from contracts to permits. They were prompt with each phase of the installation. The installers were on time, professional, and friendly

If your thinking about going solar, say 'Yes' to going solar with Revolution. The Revolution 'Team' never lost their momentum! All my questions were welcomed and responded to immediately - Revolution knows what they are doing and they are most Excellent at it. The permitting process for my install went a lot quicker than what was anticipated - a very happy surprise. The job was scheduled and my solar panels were installed in just a few hours. It went seamlessly. Whether over the phone, through email, or in person, everyone at revolution was the nicest and most 'professional'. My final inspection is scheduled - and I can't wait to flip the switch!!!

We were contacted May of last year by a sales associate and had everything explained to us with the promise we would be up and running in 90 days. Solar panels didn't show up or get installed or put on till November. Then nothing. I called the contacts for the company and everything goes to voicemail immediately. Nobody answers their phone or calls me back. They will call my wife but not me. Finally in December the electrical was started. It took 2 different trips 3 weeks apart to do that portion, but to get it completed we had to call and get them moving. Then we had to wait till placards show up to place on the panels and disconnects that finally showed up after we called and climbed over them to get it done. The state inspector has passed the install but we are now waiting on more placards to show up and who knows when that will happen. We are back to not having phone calls returned and/or being told there was a miscommunication somewhere. We are 10 months into something we were told would be up and running in 90 days. This is the most inept company I have dealt with in my life. Poor communication, but be warned, when you make a call to them they will talk to each other about a message you have left. I found that out when I talked to a person in the offices. They will promise you the moon and give you nothing. I would steer clear of this company at all costs. Save yourself a bunch of headaches, time, effort, and money. Don't even call them. They are a total waste of time. Update; Shortly after I put up this review, they called my wife's phone and asked for me. She put the phone on speaker and I explained that if they want to talk to me, call my phone. They told me they didn't have my number. I called them a liar as I have left my number every time I called them. Then my number was suddenly found. Long story short, after angrily telling them they had 2 weeks to finish the job or they could get everything off my roof and pay for a new roof, the final placards showed up at my house after a 3 week wait I was told would only be 2-3 days. I I formed them to get a person to my place immediately and finish the job, a person showed up 4 hours later and put the placards in place. I stand by my earlier statements to avoid these people at all costs. We invested too much money before anything was started to appease them and all we have gotten in return was stress, anger, and a serious dislike for any representative of this company. There is nothing they can do at this point to make me say anything positive toward or about them. If you are looking for professionalism, look elsewhere.
