The workmanship on the roof and solar panels was awesome. The teams were very professional and timely. The coordination of the loan and the scheduling could have been a bit better but everything turned out in the end.

The crew was great to work with. Install was all done in a day and they let me know what was going on at all times. The buying was made easy, talked about what to expect all along the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Very professional, not pushy and had our best interest in mind. They were always pleasant to talk to and reached out to us to update us along the way our project. Took care of all our needs and the project moved forward very efficiently and effortlessly. The installers were also very professional and efficient and did a great job. We are already enjoying using our solar panels and having low to no electricity bill. So grateful to have this opportunity and upgrade to our house and improvement to our daily lives. Would highly recommend

Great job very efficient and dedicated attention, good timing

I have never had a worse experience with any company in my life. They are stock full of liars ready to try to tell you anything they think you want to hear and not follow through with any of it. Their initial sales pitch includes a line about the worst case scenario being a three-month installation. I've been waiting a year now and they still don't have mine set up. Their sales pitch also includes some lies about not owing a dime until the system has been up and running for over 30 days. Currently, I am still paying a $350/month utility bill PLUS the loan payment for the panels on top of it. My utility bill has gone up significantly in the year I've been waiting on my installation, TWICE. There are also lines in their pitch about referral bonuses and such but I'll never see a dime of that money either. I had over 20 people excited about beginning their own projects but, after seeing what I have to deal with, none of them will deal with this company. Eight of them found other companies to do their project and their systems have been up and running for a few months already - AND NONE OF THEM STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR PANELS AND THEIR UTILITY BILLS AT THE SAME TIME. Six of them got comparable systems for a few thousand dollars cheaper and the other two got about the same deal I did. If this company were able to do even a halfway decent, timely installation, I would be collecting at least $8000 in referral bonuses right there! I'm not trying to talk anyone out of going solar because there are legitimate, competent companies out there. I'm just suggesting that you find one of them instead of dealing with the nightmare that I have. I even have a rental property that I told them I want to get done as well but I'd never even consider that with this company, even if they offered to do it for free. I'm contacted once a month, MAYBE, and told the same thing every time, word-for-word: whoever I'm talking to "is going to dig into this to find out what the hold-up is and light some fires... they are going to escalate this straight up the ladder to the top and get some things moving! They are going to figure out why I'm not getting my reimbursement checks and make sure those are expedited!" Well... it got "escalated to the top" the first time nine months ago and six times since them and nothing has changed yet. Either it's all just scripted lip-service or the people at the top don't care any more than those at the bottom. Do yourself a favor and don't get scammed!
