From the start of the process until the competition of the installation we did not have to put any money out of our pocket. This is huge to us. The Revolution people made the whole process so easy by taking care of filing all the paperwork for us. The installers were all very professional, answered all of our questions and kept us informed of their progress. Because of weather, which was out of our control, we had a few different crews to deal with, no complaints with any of them. We also received follow up phone calls after each crew visit from a Customer Experience personnel person to check with us regarding our experience with the crew and if we had any questions about the process. Very easy to work and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an Appointment on the day of the install in Davenport, IA, I was assured everything would be fine and there was no reason for the roofers to go inside yet. I was at my appointment much longer than expected, when I returned the panels looked very nice. There was no debris left behind. I have had a wonderful experience from the star of this project. Each and every person within this process has been very professional and answered any questions I had and if they could not, a note was sent to my representative. This has been a very positive experience

There are so many moving parts to this process. I recommend customers read all of paperwork, ask all your questions up front. Our sales person wasn’t responsive after signing the contract, but Cherissa Marzano was very helpful. She helped me feel more comfortable with this process. She was responsive and followed up. I do believe this was a good move. Get in now while the credits are available.

Overall it was good. Only 4 stars because sometimes it’s difficult to get ahold of anyone after the instal. I have a new contact so hopefully communication is better so far it’s been much better. I do recommend them my power bill seems lower each month. They are quick with install and setup. 2 days. I’ve seen another company take over 6 months then only to leave before they finish the job. So pick this solar company for install.

The installers did an excellent job. Worked well and finished in one day. Had no issues after the installation. I was well informed of the entire process before and after.

They were very good about keeping me updated on everything. Everybody has been very nice even The installers were very nice. They are also very good about getting everything moving along as quickly as possible rather than waiting around and never hearing back from anyone. Definitely would recommend!!
