good service just for moment let support do step for us, because is not even sample when u dont know anything same with indication sometimes is long and frustrant to two parties, so please try to let support do step in our place <3 but good service

Ovh us is super useless. I was promised by my account manager get me out of the commitment adter just 3 days of testing due to poor routing to europe and he ghosted me and cs is more then useless. I have already cancelled my card on file and will not be paying any future invoices. Consider this a warning. Save your money and find a better provider. Customer code 0380-0009-00

unfortunate to sometimes find servers out of stock, but a simple email to their sales team will have you sorted the same day, with an expedited order even. 5/5 hardware 5/5 price to value. big cloud score terribly here. 5/5 sales / support 4/5 hardware availability. guess they're too successful at the moment. hard to blame them provisioning takes a couple days at their price point.
