been running a vps with ovhcloud for over a year and it hasn't gone down once support replies slow though

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their VPS service. For small applications like websites, Discord bots, and others it works great! Heck, my longest lasting VPS with them has been well over 3 years, and it’s mainly used to make leaflet maps. The only downside is their advertising for game server use. While the VPS handles many tasks well, I’ve tried hosting Minecraft, Palworld, Terraria, and a variety of other game servers, and it always chokes at a certain point. For general VPS needs they’re excellent, but I can’t recommend them for game hosting.

The customer service was super good took his time to assist me when I lost my password to my Server , used every means possible to assist me and right now I have my Server back and I have also learnt how to do it in case of next time. Thanks so much Mahmudul H. I appreciate your help

Extremely fast support. They solve problems after the first message. I'm overall very satisfied with OVH Cloud and I run 3 dedicated servers with them, in the US and Europe. EDIT: unfortunately, I had to remove one star. Even though the support did all they could do and they still deserve the 5 stars, I had an extremely bad and frustrating experience with a technical issue involving the IPMI module that made it much less likely for me to rely on OVH for future use. The IPMI would completely freeze and not respond to any command, and I was locked out of my dedicated server for nearly 24 hours.

This was initially a 1 star review as I had been charged twice for a server which was meant to be cancelled and their support had initially been much less than helpful. However. After writing this review, I was reached out to by a senior staff member called Pascal Jaillon who was stellar at his job. Within a couple days of writing his first email, I had received my refund.

Good for vps but support is low to reply, please improve that

Using it for cloud services (in my case to run automatically my SEO tools such as scrapebox and xrumer). Service is pretty good and honest prices
