This is the first we are hearing about the missing accessories. The accessories were ordered with the table and our warehouse confirmed they shipped with the table. The accessories likely got lost in shipping. Please contact us regarding replacing them.

I was a bit worried ordering from a French company, but I shouldn’t have been. Logistics based in the US was surprisingly quick! An initial order was place hastily and needed to be cancelled but no troubles there. I would definitely order from Cornilleau again. Great quality too!

The spray does not work to bring the table top finish back to acceptable condition / refurbished state. Our top is blue and completely faded!

Nothing will restore the color of an outdoor table that has faded. The top will fade from exposure to the elements but this does not change the bounce properties of the top.

I need help putting this thing together. I get very little other than email correspondence. It’s obviously going to be amazing but I’m not getting the help I need. Also the names of the pieces in the print (or pdf) instructions aren’t the same names of the pieces on the instructional video.

We called to assist you in addition to emailing. An email was sent after a call with images of the proper assembly of the guides which seemed to be the issue. We thought these detail images were enough to guide you through the re-assembly. We apologize that you are still having difficulties.
