Thank you for your review. We are sorry we did not have the opportunity to finish our attempts to fix the issue with your table. We were and still are ready to assist you. Our last correspondence appears we were waiting for your reply so we could continue to resolve your concerns. Once tables are open and especially when they are assembled no carrier will transport the item thus our reason for returns.

We appreciate reading your comments and that we had an opportunity to discuss your purchase with you directly via phone. Cornilleau manufactures outdoor tables with top thicknesses ranging from 4mm to 9mm. Rebound quality is the major component of the playing experience, along with spin response. The thickness of the playing surface has a direct correlation to the height of the rebound and therefore the quality of the bounce. If your play is recreational a thinner surface may be okay. If you are competitive at all it is best to purchase a table with a thicker surface. The bounce performance does not indicate a defect or design flaw it is simply the level of performance based on the top thickness of the table. Cornilleau has chosen a laminate material to construct the outdoor surface that allows the table to be both weatherproof and offer a good bounce. The frame is manufactured with galvanized steel with some resin parts also making is weatherproof and durable. The assembly is done with many locking nuts to resist loosening, allowing the frame to be stable. An outdoor table will have a duller bounce compared to an indoor table, so investing in the thickest top a budget will permit, is recommended to get the best bounce from the purchase of an outdoor table. The stability of the frame coupled with the thickness of the top will is what will determine the bounce quality. We are confident in the Cornilleau products and hope you get some enjoyment from your purchase.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read the shipping did not go well. Since your location is very close to our warehouse we expected the shipping to be quick but it is unusual that the carrier did not respect the delivery appointment. We let them know of the issue via email this morning. We do have two active dealers within a half hour of your delivery address and they both get tables from us regularly so we believe the table would have been available through them plus we know they do assembly for an additional cost. A dealer may not have the item in their inventory but it is easy for them to order the table from us. Since our warehouse is so close to these dealers they generally pick up at our warehouse. Assembly is often done by the customer as they do not want to pay for the assembly. We have both the written instructions and the YouTube assembly video to assist the process. We appreciate you purchasing a Cornilleau table and we hope you enjoy the table.

Thank you for your feedback. We just received pictures from the carrier today after being notified yesterday afternoon about the refusal. We asked for confirmation of the extent of damage as soon as they emailed us yesterday. The images did show the box had been roughed up a bit but we could not see where the table had been exposed. Regardless we asked the carrier to scrap the table and a replacement was already scheduled for pick up tomorrow. We apologize for not reaching out to you but we wanted to move quickly to get a replacement on the way.

This is the first we are hearing about the missing accessories. The accessories were ordered with the table and our warehouse confirmed they shipped with the table. The accessories likely got lost in shipping. Please contact us regarding replacing them.

Nothing will restore the color of an outdoor table that has faded. The top will fade from exposure to the elements but this does not change the bounce properties of the top.

Mike, Thank you for the feedback. Cornilleau America promptly processed the order and shipped the table quickly but it seems the table was lost by the carrier. We apologize for this delivery delay. We began working with the carrier immediately to get an update once we became aware of the problem. We contacted you to share what information we had gained and will continue to keep you in the loop as we get updates. We will ship a replacement if preferred.
