Thank you for your comments. The tables on wheels can offer a bit of give if you hit the table. Other table models do have additional features such as wheel locks. There are a number of locking nuts that are used in the assembly which are designed to make the frame stable. We are glad to hear you like the table.

We called to assist you in addition to emailing. An email was sent after a call with images of the proper assembly of the guides which seemed to be the issue. We thought these detail images were enough to guide you through the re-assembly. We apologize that you are still having difficulties. We apologize for the missing parts and that you are not happy with our service. We use US Priority Mail as it generally arrives in 2-3 days. In the last year this method has been the fastest and the most reliable. Also there has been a huge demand for the Cornilleau tables worldwide which has caused production to increase significantly. Despite the strong quality controls packing errors do occur infrequently. We are glad you have the parts and again are sorry for the delay. We hope you enjoy your table and accessories.

We are glad you find the table excellent. The tools required for assembly are thought to be basic tools so we do not include them. Enjoy your table.

We are sorry to hear you did not find your purchase a good investment. Cornilleau manufactures tables with varying top thicknesses, 5mm-9mm. As you go up in model the top get thicker thus the bounce gets better. All outdoor models have the larger crossover wheels and Cornilleau has a Youtube video channel that can assist in the assembly process. We hope you enjoy your outdoor table.
