The table took much longer to delivered than advertised and when we build it noticed it has a smack/hit on one side. Is a big dent.

At the website they say "shipping 24-48…
At the website they say "shipping 24-48 hours " . The table was delivered 17 days after payment (13 work days). I didn't receive any notification after my payment until i contacted their customer service.
The table itself is a really good product.

When we pointed out the delivery delay the carrier cleared the exception and delivered right away. We gave you an update the same day you contact us. We are glad you like the table.

Painful delivery and set up
Was delivered with a ripped box and dents. I sent it back and then customer support called me and told me to take it and they would replace parts. I then was told I needed to call the carrier and schedule another drop off time. I called and was on hold for an hour before I then attempted to leave a message and was cut off and dropped. Eventually it was worked out over email and delivered. I decided to just build it and it was functional though the paint is scraped and a part of a bar is dented.
Overall the table itself is great quality and I love playing on it but it’s a shame I paid so much and there are some aesthetic problems with it and I had to spend hours to receive. Oh, also it took 3+ hours to construct. Now I enjoy it but it was a lot of effort on top of a high price point.

We agree the box was damaged and we could see one part that was visible was scrapped. We sent you the pictures to discuss the damaged part and our options. We agreed re-delivery was acceptable and we could work to resolve any issues including replace damaged parts or if necessary you could refuse the table again and we would send a full replacement. We emailed you last night to address any concerns, we said we would replace any damaged parts. We did not receive a reply.
We apologize for the challenges with the delivery. The carrier has to arrange a delivery with you and since they were not able to reach you they asked us for assistance. The carrier was included in our email to you. They replied and apologized for your hold and went on to say the customer service staff had gone home as it was after business hours.
We remain committed to making you happy with your purchase and we are glad you are enjoying the game. Please contact us to resolve your concerns.

Damaged Table
Hello, I have received the packaging damaged, but the driver's told me that the table is fine. After mounting the table I discovered that one screw
connecting the top of the table with the frame is missing...In addition I didn't receive the balls I ordered. I can send you some photos of the packaging and the table. With the prices paid, I expected a better product and delivery.

It would be great if I could assemble it.
Before I complain, this needs a caveat: I'm sure the delivery guy did the best he could, but I assume that the distancing rules required him to work alone, and the table is seriously heavy.
He had to drag it up the driveway so that the box, and some of the pieces inside, were scratched up. The manual was also in that end of the box so I had to tape it together.
It was also very difficult for my wife and I to assemble alone. I would honestly have paid another $500 for someone to assemble the table. If restrictions permit, maybe you should offer that as an option?
There were bags of screws with no part numbers on the bags, and despite carefully following the video and paper instructions, and making intelligent assumptions when necessary, there are also still parts that are not fully screwed together, and other parts that had to be forced into position in order to attach them.
The table is useable, and the surface is excellent, but given the cost, it would have been nice for it not to require a three day saga to construct it, and not to end up with product that may collapse if `I rest my hand on it too hard.

We apologize the experience did not go well for you. We understand this current environment is challenging for delivery, especially heavy freight items. Normally the table can be transported easily on a hand cart or we ship on a pallet so most carriers will move the freight by a hand jack.
The table is constructed solidly but being un-assembled, parts can be handled individually which makes the weight manageable. Assembly is designed to be fairly straight forward and Cornilleau has an extensive library of videos to assist in the assembly process.
The hardware comes in individual bags that are stamped with the part number. It is surprising this was not the case for you, we apologize. There are a number of times a locking nut is used, which will make it a bit of work to tighten well, but the locking number is used so parts do not loosen once fully assembled. Often times it is recommended to leave the the bolts/nuts a bit loose to align parts and then to tighten the rest of the way to create sturdiness.
We are glad you have the table assembled. We will call to see if we can assist you to determine if the table is assembled well so it will be sturdy.

Product ok, Delivery and CS bad
Product ok! Deliver Service/Process: Bad. Product was deliver including wood pallet that not only is hard to remove, but very difficult to throw away. Customer Service: Bad. The response received from customer service was disrespectful and not to the expectations of the quality product purchased.
