I cannot say enough! This company is supportive, efficient, helpful, fairly priced, and does what they say! I’ve tried other companies for Tirzepatide and they’ve always disappointed me. The order doesn’t go through. The order arrives late and HOT. I’m so happy with UrWay Health. Im on my second order. I’m relieved that they answer any and every question I have. I had an issue with my prescription shipment upon receipt. I emailed super close to the end of thier business hours. I expected a response the next morning. To my surprise, I received a phone call advising that they got the email and will be investigating right away in the morning but they didn't want me worrying overnight. Right away in the morning they called and assisted with a great resolution. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service.

I was very impressed with how quickly everything happened and I ma happy to start a new weight loss journey. The only citizism that I have is that I didn't enter a promo because I forgot. I called and left a message, and nobody called me back.

Communication was excellent, straightforward and fast. Medication was received within a few days. All in all, a very easy and seamless transaction!

Although the process was quick and not at all complicated, and the cost is affordable, I didn’t receive a consultation from a doctor upon purchase. I had questions regarding drug interactions which were not answered.
