Urway Health is the best company I’ve ever worked with, hands down!! I researched companies for months and decided to go with UrWay health, from the moment I asked questions, had concerns to ordering my first 12 weeks, even had a promo price . I didn’t have to wait for a month to start the program like other companies and no shipping or extra fres! They guided me along the way thru my weight loss journey. I sent countless messages and answered every single time. As my 12 weeks were coming to an end and time to make a new order I sent a message and to my surprise (which was after hrs, I received a call back which I thought was a rep, turns out it was the Owner)!! He actually knew my health history and slow progress in the beginning. I actually was excited to tell him how wonderful everyone was and the top notch customer service I received. I was concerned my order was running out and not receiving my order before Christmas and I didn’t want a gap between my next injection, to my surprise my medication was over nighted! Outstanding company, everyone is cares and is helpful. I’m so thankful i decided to work with UrWay Health, I’m happy to say I’m down 22 pounds.

I applaud UrWay for taking precautions in the name of health. They initially refused to fill my order, since my 4 month old prescription was for a lesser amount than I currently take. They actually suggested I start over with a starter amount of Tirzepatide! Let's get real. The protocol for this drug is that we increase dosage by month to attain maximum benefit. Why on earth would they think it was a good idea to take a step backward in my journey to health? They realized their err, and they nearly harassed me to earn my business (phone, text AND email!). I didn't get nearly as good a price for what I originally ordered, but it's better than other providers. It's on it's way.

I paid for three months and received 2 vials. It’s supposed to cover 3 months! Quite honestly I eat healthy and I drink tons of water. I have only lost 5 pounds in 2 months! So it’s not working for me. I went from .25 to .50 and next injection is .75 Not a happy person because I don’t feel anything different at all since starting with Tirzepatide. Not reordering and will still have to pay it off which is upsetting because I have no real results!

The pharmacy that they use had an issue with their system and I ended up getting my medication very late, 10 days from when it was supposed to arrive. And I believe that they're going to bill me for my next round before it's due, which is going to throw my accounting off.

Someone was always available to answer any questions. When I misunderstood what came with the initial purchase, the customer service team quickly assisted me with a very satisfactory outcome. The check in's were great. The product worked!!

The medicine has to be a fake did absolutely nothing but waste my money. Them there whole have to text the health team to actually order after you paid waste of time and they are completely unhelpful
