the communication you all have is great. Very efficient and thorough.

The customer service is good they are very responsive. BUT the medicine DOES NOT WORK. I was using another supplier for tirzepetide but they wld always delivered late so I switched. I went up to 7.5MG and it worked for maybe the first 2 weeks. But i continued for another 2 1/2 months so a total of 3 months and I didn’t lose any additional weight from the 1st two weeks I even increased my dosage to 10MG and still didn’t work. I have been on tirzepetide since June with another company and I noticed switching to UrWay my appetite significantly increased and I didn’t lose weight the majority of the time I used them. I feel like I wasted my money and my time. If I had chosen another company I would have already been at my goal weight. Very disappointed. So now I have switched and throwing away the medicine I have. For this reason I strong do not recommend.

I learned about this company from my daughter and I got a great deal with a Thanksgiving coupon. The steps from the initial contact with UrWayHealth to the delivery of the product was simple and easy to follow. The only problem I had was to figure out the 0.05 or 5 units on the syringe. It is a very small dose and a picture of a syringe showing this would have been great for me to follow. Overall a positive experience.
