Over the weekend I had my headlight quit working. Contacted Chris early Monday morning, they had a new headlight shipped that day and by Wednesday I was back to night riding! could not be happier with the service I have received so far!! top notch service and even better bike.

I love my new bike. I would have given it 5 stars but your support team on the internet was zero help when it came to basic questions about putting it together. We were able to put it all together but it would have been nice to have had some of our questions answered from the company we bought it from.

Excellent customer service. If you are considering an E-bike, purchase it here, you will not be disappointed. Chris solved a relatively minor issue with both speed and satisfaction.
