They quickly charge payment for orders without complete information. 14-18 business day refund is insane

Good service beginning to end
I got my orthotics and have started using them. I had not yet received my exercise plan and was on the website looking at the exercises. Ryan popped into chat and offered to help. He got me my exercise plan quickly and easily. I honestly have had better service all the way around than I have had in the past going to the local prosthetics place near me.

Outstanding product and service
This company makes outstanding custom orthotics. They are very specifically designed to your needs (previous injuries, type of sports that you pursue etc). Their customer service department is extremely accessible and responds quickly to any of your questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

No hassle
No hassle - straight to the bottom line. Being a returning customer made the process much easier. With inserts being HSA / FSA eligible, the cost is less than would be otherwise. Based on my past experience, the quality is outstanding. Combine them and you have a winning situation.
