My orthotics hurt my feet more than any…
This company is committing fraud!! Do not buy from this company or they will steal your money!!! My orthotics hurt my feet more than any I have ever tried. I returned these at the beginning of April and still have received no refund. I’ve tried to reach out to find out why I haven’t received my refund and I get no responses and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off.

Mary was extremely helpful
Mary was extremely helpful - i'm still experiencing pain and now getting blisters with the orthotics and she was able to help me and send me in the right direction to get assistance

Terrible communication and follow up
I've been trying to get a resolution to an order issue for almost two weeks. My order was changed without my knowledge or consent and then to get it corrected I'm being told I need to send back the insoles that were made in error prior to the ones I ordered being made. It took a week and a half to get a return shipping label. Unacceptable customer service.
